The walk leads you to our waterfall, where you will settle in for a deeply restorative sound bath. The natural acoustics of the water, combined with the healing resonance of sound, create an experience that works on the body and mind simultaneously, releasing tension, restoring balance, and leaving you feeling quietly whole. In the event of rain, the sound bath takes place in our historic barn, offering an equally immersive and intimate setting.
