The Kingfisher

The Kingfisher is an antique log cabin that was originally located in Burlington, NC and relocated to Flat Mountain Farm.  It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps 8-10 people.  There are two Primary Suites on the ground level, each with en-suite baths and king beds.  Upstairs features a secondary living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a third bedroom/bunk room with four twin beds.  It is designed in a Ralph Lauren meets log cabin style. The cabin is discreetly located on the property near the lake, boasts its own small pond and nestled into the woods.  A gentle stream feeds the pond, completing the serene environment.

Luxury touches: All mattresses are the same bed used by Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts with luxury Italian linens by Casa Rovea. Spa inspired amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion) by Lather. Chef’s kitchen with appliances by Monogram with Five Star professional 36” gas range.

Rate: Starting at $775/night. Cleaning fee $285 plus taxes.

Events: We do host weddings and events on the property for an additional fee.
