The Barn at Flat Mountain Farm

Join us at Flat Mountain Farm for a nourishing winter morning designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. Guided by Courtney Bowker of Heart of Qi, this experience weaves together sound healing, mindful movement, and quiet moments of connection in nature.

We’ll begin the morning with a gentle movement class, inspired by Courtney’s background in energy work and embodied practices, designed to support ease, circulation, and presence. Afterward, enjoy a cozy tea break, with the option to take a peaceful walk around the lake and soak in the winter landscape. We’ll then transition into a crystal bowl sound bath, allowing the resonant tones to calm the nervous system and create space for deep relaxation. We’ll close with optional reflection time, accompanied by additional tea and light snacks.

Schedule
10:00–11:00: Morning Movement Class
11:00–11:30: Tea break, with an optional walk around the lake
11:30–12:15: Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
12:15–12:30: Optional reflection time with additional tea and snacks

We recommend wearing comfortable attire and bringing a yoga mat, as well as a blanket and/or pillow to help you relax and settle in.
