This 90-minute experience is an invitation to come into conscious relationship with the three primary fields of your being: mind, emotions, and body.

Through slow, meditative movement, we cultivate awareness of how energy moves and settles within each of these fields. The movements are gentle yet intentional, with longer holds that allow space for sensation, emotion, and stored energy to surface naturally. There is no forcing, no performance, only listening.

Interwoven throughout the practice are various breathwork techniques designed to support the flow of energy and assist the body in releasing what it has been holding. Breath and movement work together as subtle messengers, helping awareness deepen and pathways reopen.

The class concludes with a guided clearing meditation, allowing everything that has shifted to settle and integrate. Time is held afterward for questions, reflection, and tea, offering a soft landing and space to connect with others as the experience completes.

This class is suitable for all levels and bodies. Curiosity and presence are the only prerequisites.
