6:00pm - 8:30pm
The Peregrine @ Flat Mountain Farm
This evening at Flat Mountain Farm features a communal supper with Atlanta chef Craig Richards, a chef whose work is shaped by classical Italian training, extensive time cooking throughout Europe, and decades spent leading some of the city’s most respected kitchens.
Craig’s culinary foundation was formed under Lidia and Joe Bastianich, followed by years of travel and cooking across Italy. He has gone on to helm acclaimed restaurants including La Tavola, Ecco, and St. Cecilia, and previously served as Vice President of Culinary for Ford Fry Restaurants. In 2019, Richards opened Lyla Lila, his first restaurant as owner, a deeply personal expression of Southern European cuisine that has earned national recognition from The New York Times, Forbes, Zagat, Michelin (Recommended), and the James Beard Foundation. In August 2025, Richards opened his newest project, Elise, at the Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta: a design-forward restaurant centered on French- and Italian-inspired seafood.
For this dinner, Chef Craig will present a three-course meal plus dessert, served family-style and designed for sharing. The menu will highlight seasonal ingredients through the lens of European traditions, balancing timeless technique with a modern, Southern sensibility.
Expertly paired wines and beverages are included in the ticket price and will be thoughtfully curated to complement the menu.
