On November 14, as part of Highlands Food & Wine Festival, Flat Mountain Farm hosted Cinder & Cellar: an intimate, fireside celebration of culinary craft and community. Guests gathered under the stars for champagne and caviar before moving into the rustic warmth of the barn for a four-course, French-inspired dinner crafted by Santiago Guzzetti (of Ilda), each dish prepared over a live fire, using seasonal mountain ingredients. Fine wines from Boisset Collection rounded out the evening, weaving together flavors, ambiance, and a sense of place. The result: an unforgettable night where good food, great wine, and community-minded spirit came together under one roof.
